Are you actually local, or is this a national website?

We are a real studio in Spokane and have been for 20 years. This matters more than it sounds. Several of the top results when you search for balloon delivery here are national companies with no studio, no van and no staff in this region — they take your order, add a markup, and text the job to a local decorator. Sometimes that decorator is us. Booking direct means you are talking to the people who actually build it, and if something needs fixing you call a Spokane number.

What areas do you serve?

Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Cheney, Airway Heights, Medical Lake, Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene, Hayden and Rathdrum. Traveling further for a larger event is usually possible — ask. See areas we serve.

What does it cost?

Glass-finish bouquets are $120. Balloon columns start at $80, organic arches at $50, and custom branded arches at $200. Larger installations — galas, weddings, grand openings, full rooms — are quoted after we see the space, because quoting a room blind is how people get surprised. Full detail on the pricing page.

How much is delivery?

$15 flat across the Spokane and Coeur d'Alene metro. No travel surcharge to any of the cities listed above.

Can I choose the delivery date?

Yes. Pick your date at checkout. For same-day, call 509-891-1447 and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it rather than promising and failing.

How far in advance should I book?

Bouquets and grab-and-go pieces often work with a few days' notice. Custom installations — arches, garlands, backdrops — we recommend 2 to 4 weeks. For peak periods, book earlier: graduation, homecoming and prom all cluster into the same few weekends across every school in the region, and December corporate parties get decided in October.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes. We deliver and install on site so everything is finished before your guests arrive. For events we also come back and take it down — nobody on your team is dismantling a room at midnight.

How long do the balloons last?

Air-filled garlands and arches hold for several days to a couple of weeks, which makes them well suited to multi-day events. Helium latex typically floats 12–24+ hours and we treat ours to extend that. Foil and mylar last several days.

Can you match my exact colors?

Yes, and this is worth asking for. Standard balloon colors are close to most brand and school colors, and people notice the difference immediately. We color-match properly, and we print custom decals in-house — logos, names, jersey numbers, class years, sponsor marks.

Do you deliver to hospitals, senior living or schools?

Regularly. Many hospital wings restrict flowers, which is one reason balloons work well there. Senior living communities are a large part of our delivery work, particularly for families who cannot visit in person. If a facility has a front-desk policy or delivery window, tell us and we will work to it.

Do you do outdoor events?

Yes, and we build them differently. Sun, heat and wind will destroy an installation built for an indoor room by lunchtime. Outdoor work gets heavier anchoring, different balloon selection, and we time the install so it peaks when your guests arrive rather than at 8am.

Do you do corporate and large-scale events?

It is a specialty. Grand openings, conferences and trade shows, charity galas and auctions, golf tournaments, casino nights, company holiday parties and branded installations. National brands hire us when they open locations here. See galas, conferences and grand openings.

Can you decorate my storefront every season?

Yes — we run a monthly program where we build, install and swap out a seasonal display so nobody on your team is making a party-store run in late October. See the packages.

How does booking a large event work?

Tell us the date and the space. We quote after seeing photos or visiting. A date-hold deposit reserves your date while details are worked out and comes off the final invoice.

I have a budget. Will you tell me what it actually buys?

Yes, and we would rather do that than pad a quote. Tell us the number and the room and we will tell you honestly what fits — including when the honest answer is to spend it on fewer things done properly.

Do you work with venues and event planners?

We do, on a preferred-vendor basis — priority scheduling, held pricing, and renderings of your space to show clients. Details here.
