Balloon Decor for Eastern Washington University Events

Balloon installs for events at EWU in Cheney and at their Spokane campus — commencement, athletics, student life, admissions and department celebrations.

We are a Spokane studio in Liberty Lake and we cover Cheney. Independent vendor, not affiliated with or endorsed by the university.

Eagles colours, matched properly

Red and black in real balloon SKUs rather than a guess. See the exact mix before you book.

Common campus jobs

  • Commencement photo backdrops
  • Walk-under arches at building and stadium entrances
  • Marquee class-year numbers
  • Homecoming and athletics installs
  • Sponsor activations with logo party poles

Lead time

Two weeks is comfortable for a large install. Less than that, call and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.

What we build for campus events

  • Entrances and walkways

Walk-under arches at doors and gates. Built on stands where there is nothing to anchor to, so nothing gets taped to a building.

  • Stage and photo backdrops

Garlands and backdrop frames in your exact colours. We match a colour to a real balloon SKU, not a guess.

  • Numbers, letters and logos

Class years, initials and marquee numbers. Party poles printed with a logo for sponsor or brand moments.

How we work with facilities and event teams

  • We work to venue rules

Load-in windows, no-tape policies, fire-lane clearances, insurance certificates. Tell us the constraints and we build to them.

  • We take it down

Same-night or next-morning teardown and removal, so your facilities team is not left with it.

  • One invoice, one contact

Purchase orders and departmental billing are fine. You deal with Angie, not a call centre.
